A&C worked with Amata Industrial Park to host a seminar on accounting and taxation in 2020

In the morning of 19 November 2020, at office of Amata Service Center – Dong Nai, A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. and Amata City Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (Amata Industrial Park), with the support from Vietinbank, held a seminar where participants shared their knowledge and practical experience in accounting – finance – taxation in the last months of “the fiscal year ended 31 December 2020”.

The seminar agenda is designed and customized to the accounting and financial staff from enterprises operating in Amata Industrial Park and other ones based in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. The program focuses on helping to tackle two following key concerns of accounting and financial staff and specialists in the last months of 2020:

  1. Key differences between accounting view and tax view on revenue and expenses and deferred corporate income tax - presented by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri, Auditing Partner of A&C.
  2. Updating regulations and notes in transfer pricing documentation - presented by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Advisory and Training Partner of A&C.

Seminar attendees

With more than 100 attendees from nearly 70 enterprises, the seminar welcomed the exciting involvement and high interaction for important and key information shared by A&C’s speakers. Many questions and concerns raised from enterprises were discussed and answered at satisfaction.

At the seminar, A&C also provided specific and detailed forms and instructions to help attendees easily access and apply what were shared. Many of them admitted that this seminar helped them to update their knowledge and build and practice more accounting and financial skills.

In the coming time, A&C hopes to get ongoing support from Amata Industrial Park, Vietinbank as well as enterprises operating in Amata Industrial Park in particular and in Dong Nai Province in general so A&C can hold many other seminars with expectation to contribute our small efforts to improve professional knowledge and skills for accounting and finance personnel.
