Continuing Professional Development Program in August 2021

With the desire to maintain the continuing professional development program on monthly basis to update noteworthy information on legal documents and promptly respond to customers' issues, A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A&C”) would like to inform you of the continuing professional development program in August 2021 organized by A&C, will be performed as follows:

_ Seminar topic: Corporate restructuring – Legal, tax, and accounting issues in the restructuring process.

• Conditions for restructuring;
• Planning the types of costs incurred in the implementation of the corporate restructuring;
• Introduction of state-of-the-art restructuring methods – Remarkable legal, tax, and accounting issues;
• Tax and cash flow optimization techniques in the restructuring process;
• Notes on accounting and tax procedures in the restructuring process;
• Sharing about some noteworthy challenges on legal, tax, and accounting in practice as implementing up-to-date restructuring methods;
• Discussion.
