Over many years, 20 October, the Vietnamese Women’s Day, has always been one of the most special days of the year at A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. This is the occasion for A&C’s staff to express their love, gratitude and care to A&C’s women, who is always the motivation to drive Company forward. This year, with the consent of the Board of Directors, the Trade Union joined with the Youth Union hosted many activities at the Company’s head office and branches to celebrate this special day.

On 20 October 2020, the Company’s Head Office held a contest “Perfect Swap” which attracted the participation of 08 teams from departments and affiliates. Each team including 01 male and 01 female would swap their gender and overcome the challenges. The message sent by this contest was to put yourself in the shoes of others to more understand, respect and love each other.

At Hanoi Branch, staff here early and well prepared for the celebration of 20 October this year at Loc Vung Ecotourism Area. The celebration was very exciting with many amazing performances such as singing, dancing and games that lightened up the excitement, joys, laughs and meaning for this event.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Duc - Deputy General Director cum Director of Hanoi Branch, on behalf of the management and all officers, sent the best wishes and deep thanks to female staff for their substantial contributions to the development of the Branch in particular and the Company in general, and encouraged them to keep up the spirit for activeness, creation and actively improve their capacity.

Nha Trang Branch also had a series of activities to celebrate the day of 20 October since the early October, initially with teambuilding activities at Radison Blue Resort and then the performance, makeup competitions in the Gala Dinner in the evening of 23 October 2020. During the Gala night, staff of Nha Trang Branch had the opportunity to enjoy upmost relax and play after a stressful working hours and refresh themselves for the new audit season.

At Can Tho Branch, all staff here also had a joyful and meaningful day with the activities imbrued with Mekong Delta culture at Lu Gia Xeo Nhum Tourist Area.

In addition to folk games, the most expected activity was the cooking contest of male staff. Many dishes, qualified the criteria of creation, good-looking and deliciousness, were served to female staff in this special occasion.

The celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day – 20 October 2020 was very successful and lightened up cheerful and exciting atmosphere. It created a sound playing field for all staff of the Company where all staff have chances to get to know well about each other, strengthening the connection among Departments.
